Account Access
If you're having trouble logging in, ensure you're using the correct email address. For password resets, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
Creator Profiles
Creators can update their profile photo, banner, and portfolio links from their dashboard. A complete profile increases your chances of being selected for Missions.
Posting Missions
Businesses can post their first Mission for free. Include clear deliverables, budget, and location to attract the best creators.
Applications
Creators can apply directly to active Missions. Businesses can review applications and choose to Accept or Decline candidates.
Orbit
Use Orbit to save and organize creators into collections for future campaigns. It's your personal creator relationship manager.
Billing
Payments are processed securely via Helcim. You are only charged when you choose to use a paid feature like posting additional Missions or messaging creators.
